Job Details Job Description Job Purpose: To ensure that all agriculture (farming & agro-processing) is processed and distributed in a sustainable and responsible manner as per the international code of conduct.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssesses if farming and agro processing operation is processed risk free of child labor, forced labor and human trafficking, discrimination, workplace violence and harassment, including sexual and gender-based violence,Sets clear minimum and progressive criteria to ensure that the conditions for farming and agro processing is practiced in accordance with international regulations & standards without affecting environment and living habitats,Ensures that there is a defined system for keeping track of farming input suppliers and sales information status as per the standard.Follows up the daily routine of workers, engaged in coffee processing activities.Facilitates and arranges all the necessary records for the third-party independent verifier’s process of evaluation.Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
