Background of the company
- Kerchanshe Group is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, and engage in manufacturing, agro-processing and export business. It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to the local and international markets. Currently Kerchanshe Group needs a dedicated and motivated candidate.
Job Purpose:
- To analyze and interpret data from ERP systems to help businesses make better decisions about how they operate.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders, and assist in developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful implementation,
- Guide internal and external resources through ERP implementation phases, evaluation, troubleshooting and optimization,
- Interface with ERP vendor and ensure quality (performance, cost, and timeliness) of services delivered,
- Identif improvements in business operation workflow and ensure proper implementation in ERP and other business applications,
- Train and coach end-users,
- Supporting a company’s data security policies by ensuring that access is only given to authorized employees on a need-to-know basis.
- Providing support for day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues with existing systems or developing new systems as needed to support new business requirements,
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
