Background of the company
- Kerchanshe Group is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to the local and international markets. Currently our company needs a dedicated and motivated candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise Control the quality of the work as per the design, technical specification and contract document.
- Control of materials and manpower deployment to be as per the approved schedule of materials deployment & manpower histogram.
- Coordinate, organizes, manage & give proper construction orders for the construction crew as per the work schedule for its timely completion.
- Evaluate, comment, and propose appropriate recommendations on contractors’ construction methodology statements, quality plans, non- conformity, progress reports.
- Review of detail design document, project vicinity and other pertinent data
- Preparation of design review reports, investigation guidelines reports, assessment reports and site visit reports.
- Review working drawings, as built drawings
- Minor design review during construction
- Prepare project technical and progress status reports weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.
- Ensures modern and high-tech tools used for plumbing, sanitary and drainage to be adopted in building management system (BMS) designs & constructions.
- Verify the compliance of plumbing, sanitary and drainage designs with construction standards & building structural works.
- Confirm that mechanical, fire plumbing, sanitary and drainage works’ design & construction standards are met.
- Quality assurance, control & certify plumbing, sanitary and drainage construction materials and fixtures
- Evaluate the manufacturer’s pre-qualification documents of contractor’s proposal for plumbing, sanitary and drainage works before nominating sub-contractor specialists & procurement process.

Education
- Diploma /level IV in sanitary and related
Skills
- 8 years in general sanitary and Plumbing out of which 5 years’ experience in sanitary installation ,testing & commissioning industrial & building .
